The Scythian Lamb

Based on a manga created by Tatsuhiko Yamagami, the tale is embeded in a previous seaport community Uobuka, where 6 previous offenders were sent out to live there by the federal government, with the objective of re-socialising them. Other than minority who find out about the task, the basic townsfolk has no idea of the previous convicts' identities.
