The Adventure of Denchu-Kozo

Hikari is bullied because he has an electric pole sprouting out of his back. A classmate, Momo, comes to his aid. Hikaru thanks her by giving her a time machine. Using the time machine, he travels 25 years into a dismal future. Members of the Shinsengumi Vampire Gang are chasing Dr. Sariba, Momo's future self. She tells Hikari she had long awaited his arrival from the past and that he must save the world.
