G.T. Benz, a vietnam vet and recent widower, strives to cope with the problems of aging and loneliness -- while beset by an aggressive robo-caller. Aggravations and Even the tedium within his entire life really are only relieved by a weekly get together with his'Nam buddies, ex-fighter pilots like himself. He joyfully resembles a promised trip from his long scattered daughter,"Tricia," whom he describes as"my only basis for living." A poor prognosis from his doctor gives urgency to his desire to see her at least one more time. But, Tricia, unaware of G.T.'s condition of health, keeps putting her off trip. A'Nam buddy expires, and also the robocalls become more intense. When a manipulative woman stems from G.T.'s last, his life is thrown in to madness and he is driven into a desperate action.
