Irezumi

A back tattoo of a human-faced spider, which the artist claims to be his masterpiece, is given to a woman who has been kidnapped. She and her lover are then coerced into entering a nightmare that was created by a conspiracy, where they face the possibility of turning into the very evil that they are attempting to flee. The spider's visage appears to get redder and hungrier with each fresh bloody occurrence.
