House II: The Second Story

Young urban professionals Jesse (Arye Gross) and his girl friend Kate (Lar Park Lincoln), proceed into an old mansion that has been in Jesse's family for generations. They are soon joined by Jesse's goofy friend Charlie (Jonathan Stark), who brought together his diva girl friend Lana (Amy Yasbeck), in the hopes to be detected by Kate, who works for a listing company. After his parents were killed when he was an infant, jesse has returned into this family mansion. While moving through old issues in the basement, Jesse finds an image of the great-great grandfather (and namesake) in front of a Mayan temple holding a crystal skull with jewels in the eyes. In the background a partner of the grandfather turned sour enemy after a disagreement .
