Coyote Lake

Coyote Lake is a reservoir in the Rio Grande along a drug smuggling route which is now synonymous with mysterious disappearances and cartel violence. It is there which Teresa and her seventeen-year-old daughter, Ester, conduct a boarding house where they regularly drug, rob and drown the un-suspecting drug runners and individual traffickers that stay the evening time. Teresa justifies the killings asserting that they have been ridding the world of people that are evil and rescue that the money that is stolen to leave Coyote Lake and start. Nevertheless, once they're taken hostage themselves with two cartel gangsters, their shadowy routine is disrupted.
