Of Kings and Prophets

An epic saga of betrayal, ambition and faith as told through the eyes of this battle-weary King Saul, the prophet Samuel and the shepherd David--on a collision course with destiny that will change the planet. One thousand years before Christ, the king of the Israelites struggles to merge the 1-2 Israelite tribes and shield his nation against barbarous enemy attacks. The prophet Samuel relays a message that he has to destroy one of Israel's ancient enemies. But if Saul defies that message, Samuel prophesies that the Lord pick another in his place and will tear the kingdom of Israel from him. In time, Saul comes to realize that his greatest threat won't originate from his opponents, but from the shepherd, David.
