Busi, a destitute woman with repressed emotions, lands a job as a cleaner at a run down hospital in the center of Johannesburg. Desperate for the cash so she could bring her younger sister into Johannesburg, she needs to cope despite the hospital manager that is corrupt and predatory. Busi has to face her own demons out of her past to be able to save the child out of the monster which disturbs them both relentlessly when Busi finds an abandoned young girl in a healthcare facility, who believes she's suffering from a supernatural force.
