The River Thief

Diz (Joel Courtney) is just a rash teenage drifter living life busy. He looks out for himself and doesn't accept hand outs. He takes whatever he runs and wants. Chose to respond to no one and jaded, Diz lives a life marked with abandonment and thievery. Things change for Diz if he floats into a little town on the Snake River. There an unflappable old man confronts him and drops for the guarded grand daughter, Selah of Marty. He becomes the master of a huge heap of cash and the target of two killers If Diz robs a crazy. With additional cash than he knows exactly what to do together, and offenders at his heels, Diz sets the people he has learned to care about in danger, still trying to acquire Selah. But some things bought or can not be stolen. The River Thief is a film about guilt, selfsacrifice, and accepting life.
