The Hagstone Demon

Douglas Elmore is a alcoholic writer and also care-taker pursued by forces and haunted bent. Douglas supposes a sexually alluring although strange prostitute called Karna who prowls the vacant city and sleeps through the afternoon in his basement when renters start turning up dead at the hallways and stairwells of his brownstone apartment building time. But while the bodies piled up, Douglas is torn between the threat of becoming a suspect in a murder investigation and his increasing obsession with all Karna.
