Samurai II: Duel at Ichijoji Temple

Takezo yields to Kyoto after years on the highway setting his reputation as Japan's biggest fencer. Otsu waits for him, yet he has come not on her but to challenge that the pioneer of this region's finest school of fencing. He walks into ambushes setup by the followers of the school to prove his valor and skill. Akemi also hunts him , expressing her wants while Otsu waits. Meanwhile, Takezo is observed by Sasaki Kojiro, a brilliant fighter that is young, confident he could dethrone Takezo. Takezo admits his love for Otsu, however in a way that shames him dishonors her, after departing Kyoto in victory. He leaves .
