Hell Comes to Frogtown

'Hell' is the name of this story's hero. He is a captive of those women who run the USA after a nuclear/biological warfare. Results of this war would be that mutants have evolved, and the human race is in danger of extinction thanks to infertility. Hell is given that the task of helping in the rescue of a group of wealthy women from the harem of the mutant leader (resembling a frog). Since he's got a bomb attached to his private parts that may detonate when he strays more than a few hundred yards out of his protector hell can not escape.
