Cold War

They say hongkong is your city in Asia. But to night, a police van has been hijacked along side the arms, equipment and also the five officers aboard, among those hostages being the only son of authorities deputy commissioner M.B. Lee! With the chief commissioner off on a summit overseas, the fiery Lee immediately takes command of this rescue operation -- code named"Cold War" -- although the mystical kidnappers clearly know the authorities procedures and are therefore in an advantageous position. Objecting into Lee procedures, the other deputy commissioner Sean Lau steps in to lead the performance. But Lau intend ends up a collapse, losing the $50 million cash ransom and the life of his lieutenant at the process. Meanwhile, the ICAC (Independent Commission Against Corruption) begins to investigate Lau and Lee on feeling of having hidden ties into this kidnappers...
